National Gambling Board Internship Opportunities: Apply Now for 2025

The National Gambling Board (NGB) of South Africa is inviting unemployed graduates to apply for two internship positions currently open in the fields of Finance (Supply Chain Management) and Legal Services.

These internships offer valuable work experience within a national public entity established under the National Gambling Act, 2004 (Act 7 of 2004), and governed by the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act 1 of 1999).

Available Internship Positions:

Enforcement – NGB/Int 003-2025;
Monthly Stipend: R12,000 per month
National Diploma in Policing or Bachelors Degree in Law/LLB

• Gaming Control (GCCD) – NGB/Int 005-2025;
Monthly Stipend: R12,000 per month
Three (3) years National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology
or in Computer Science

• Marketing and Communications (CSRD) – NGB/Int 006-2025;
Monthly Stipend: R12,000 per month
Three (3) years National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing,
Communications, Public Relations or in Journalism

These internships run for a fixed term of 12 months and are not renewable. They are intended to provide practical experience and skills development in key functional areas of the NGB.

Who Should Apply:

Applications are open to unemployed South African graduates. Preference will be given to candidates from previously disadvantaged backgrounds and persons living with disabilities.
